Simon has been working as a coach and trainer for almost 30 years, helping people hone their strengths and achieve their goals. 

His areas of expertise include leadership development, personal impact, influencing and having courageous conversations. He works with his clients in a practical way, enabling them to experiment with new ways of working in a safe space before taking them into the workplace. 

Simon brings clarity, humour and sensitivity to his coaching sessions, helping his coachees build confidence and overcome barriers. He has coached people at Mars, BBC, The Information Lab, BP, NHS, BT and Kraft.

Simon is currently based in Stafford and is a single father to two teenage girls and a 10-year-old boy. When he’s not coaching he’s helping them navigate school life and prepare for their exams.
