Madeline Schmidt is a coach and learning expert with a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has almost 25 years of experience and has won national awards for her work in culture change and talent development.

Madeline specialises in working with high-potential individuals, emerging leaders, and tenured leaders to leverage their strengths, shift their mindsets and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. She uncovers people’s blind spots and helps them overcome their barriers to growth and success. 

Known for her passion, insights and ability to connect with hearts and minds, her coaching style is empathetic, authentic and positive. She will openly provide guidance and ideas with her coachees drawing on her knowledge of workplace psychology. Some of her clients include Blistex, LL Flooring, H.G. Fenton Company and ProFlowers.

Madeline is based in San Diego, California. She is married with two teenage children. When she’s not being their taxi driver she enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places and travelling.
